When asked, ‘Why do you do what you do?’, a common theme is revealed. I do what I do because I enjoy re-igniting the fire in people; helping them to realize that they do make a difference; that as an individual you touch people in many ways. It’s not only in what you say, it’s how you say it. Also, it’s in what you do and how you do it. When I look back on my work experiences I see many examples in which I’ve help to energize people to realize their value; their worth.

Gifts are special things. And I’m not just talking about the ones we get on birthdays and holidays-although they can be special too. I’m referring to the ones we are all born with-all of us. These gifts often manifest themselves as our passions, our dreams, our talents-they show us, when we let them, what we REALLY want to do not just for a living-but for our lives. I have found I have a gift for ...well... seeing others’ gifts! I am passionate about helping others to see and feel the difference they can and do make in business, in life and in the lives of others. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with companies and on projects that have allowed me to do just that-show people the difference they make.
