Delta Air Lines- 12,000 Front Line Engagement
We were brought in to consult about a new initiative to help bring the Airport customer service groups of two companies together to function as one. We helped develop the theme and the feel of the program. We consulted with them on their content that was being delivered. One of the largest and most important initiative for Delta Air Lines at that time. Because of the work that we did, we have been asked back to continue the delivery of a program that has been a foundation for the development of its front line group.

Helping the leaders of a front line group is where it starts. We continue to help the leaders on the front line of Delta to understand their impact they have in the work environment. Teamwork, company goals, personal goals, and of course communication skills will be what sets Delta Air Lines apart. Our commitment to them is to help develop those skills and make sure they improve on their internal and external metrics. We of course do this with slarin style (Fun, Excitement and on point.)

Changes are a constant in companies. Some changes can come at a price to your front line employees when they don't receive the leadership they need. This can be the case when new leaders aren't prepared for their roll. We developed a training course that was designed to teach communication skills with an emphisis on the understanding that you must take on the "Leader" roll. We helped them develop a personal plan for success through team building and communication.
